So this will be my first written review about a movie I just saw, hope you enjoy it and get the Power! Let me start by recognizing the efforts of Netflix in being inclusive in such a good film. In this movie we get to see the hardships of a black high schooler fighting for her mother and also a Black ex-soldier fighting for his daughter, just in a moment when the BLM movement is huge and widespread, I think Netflix nailed it. I also have a soft spot for Netflix casting average looking people in some of their productions, I know for sure that it is good for everyone's self-esteem.
