Together forever? Myth or reality?

Well hello, there my beloved readers! Am I allowed to say hello like this yet? Well I don`t know, but I can't help it, I would like to take a moment to appreciate you guys for reading my blog. So as I said in my blog description, this blog is about topics that I found interesting, such as personal growth. I think relationships are fundamental in everybody’s life, they fulfill but they are also able to destroy lives, therefore earlier this year I was looking for something to change my approach about them and I was blessed to get the recommendation of my mentor, Patricia Benavides, here is her Instagram account Currently, she is developing a new program called Attraversiamo , which in Italian means “We cross”. The program is dedicated to helping people that know their romantic relationships are not as good as they would like them to be. Right now she is working hard on the marketing side with Instagram Lives, this post is about the first IG Live of these series: Together forever? Myt...

The Ballad of Songbirds and snakes - A book review by Kathe

This is my second review, this time of a book. It seems that power continues as the main issue here, hope you enjoy this post but please don’t sell your soul to achieve power, fortune, and glory! Just let me tell you guys, Suzanne did it again, I read all the books of Hunger Games with Katniss and all the action, desperation, love, powerlessness, you can sense them hitting hard on this new Book, I thought I would read it in a month but it was so good I read it in 3 days, let’s get right to it.    My personal score: 10 Fanart by @ahikuboruchi  source   The Ballad of Songbirds and snakes is the story about a teenager, Coriolanus Snow, being a mentor to a Tribute of District 12 for the 10th Hunger Games, with Lucy Gray Baird, the tribute. Another main character is Sejanus Plinth a new rich guy from District 2, who his father bought a place in Capitol and the Academy, these characters are involved in the heavy-duty hot mess that is Panem, 10 years after the Dark Days (wh...

Project Power - Netflix new release!

So this will be my first written review about a movie I just saw, hope you enjoy it and get the Power! Let me start by recognizing the efforts of Netflix in being inclusive in such a good film. In this movie we get to see the hardships of a black high schooler fighting for her mother and also a Black ex-soldier fighting for his daughter, just in a moment when the BLM movement is huge and widespread, I think Netflix nailed it. I also have a soft spot for Netflix casting average looking people in some of their productions, I know for sure that it is good for everyone's self-esteem.   Project Power is the story about Robin, a rapper teenage girl in High School who also works on the streets to support her mother with the expensive treatment of her illness; also we have Art, the ex-soldier with PTSD trying to rescue his mighty daughter Tracy, the source of all pills and finally Frank, the machiavellian police guy who is concerned about the increase in crime on his beloved c...

Who am I?

Such a deep question of psychological and philosophical matter, I've always thought I am my personality combined with everything that has happened in my life, I'm not really sure if someone has said that before, if so, please keep out of my mind. So in order to summarize and for you to know what this will be about, I am a 28th-year-old Colombian girl, am I allowed to say girl yet? I think not, on the news they say a young person, so where was I? I am a 28th-year-old Colombian young woman, who enjoys music, movies, series, some books, roller coasters, restaurants, trips, and human development, I'm here to share comments about my interests, mainly in a time where quarantine has been a major bitch for all 2020, as you may notice, English is not my first language, so please be easy on any mistake I type. Why do I write a blog in English? Well I enjoy English and since I changed my job I don’t have many chances to practice it, so I don’t want to get rusty, my mom spent good mone...
